Info dan TRANSFORM projekta u Naučno-tehnološkom parku Novi Sad 2026

Info Day Held Within the TRANSFORM Project

An Info Day within the TRANSFORM project was held on March 25 of the current year at the Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad, organized by the Regional Development Agency Bačka.

The project TRANSFORM – Framework for Supporting the Twin Transition for Reskilling and Upskilling in SMEs Based on the Living Lab Approach is funded through the Erasmus+ program and aims to strengthen cooperation among key stakeholders in education, business, and the public sector. The goal of the project is to develop effective reskilling and upskilling programs aligned with labor market needs.

Through the Living Lab approach, the project enables the co-creation and testing of innovative solutions that contribute to skills development and improved employability in the context of green and digital transition.

The event gathered representatives of public institutions, regional development agencies – trainers and mentors, as well as students and other interested stakeholders, with the aim of informing them about the TRANSFORM project and the opportunities it offers.

The project was presented by Andrea Stijepić from the Regional Development Agency Bačka, who introduced the participants to the project’s goals, activities, and significance in the context of current labor market changes.

In her opening speech, she emphasized:

“I am particularly pleased that today we have the opportunity to discuss a topic that is extremely relevant and important for all of us — regardless of the sector we come from or the stage of our professional development. The TRANSFORM project did not emerge by chance, but as a response to rapid changes in the labor market, which involve the transformation of occupations, the emergence of new professions, and increasing demands for diverse skills.”

During the Info Day, the training program within the project was presented, with a focus on developing skills for the green and digital transition. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the content and structure of the training program, as well as the possibilities for participating in upcoming activities.

The Info Day proved to be very successful. The evaluation of the event showed a high level of satisfaction – all participants rated the event as useful, while the majority emphasized that the content was relevant to their work. Additionally, a large number of participants expressed interest in further participation in TRANSFORM activities.
