Project goal:
Within the project ‘Gastronomic Recipe for Successful Business’, training and mentoring are organised for small producers and service providers in the field of gastronomy. Through practical workshops, participants improve their business, communication and presentation skills, learn how to better market their products and adapt their offer to the needs of the market. As part of the project, a brochure will also be prepared containing traditional gastronomic recipes and examples of good practice.
