Project objective: The project aims to strengthen cooperation among key stakeholders within regional learning and innovation ecosystems in order to develop effective reskilling programmes for the workforce in priority sectors, in line with the green and digital transition. Through the Living Lab approach, the project enables the co-creation, testing, and implementation of solutions that align education with labour market needs. The ultimate goal is the development of innovative tools, training programmes, and policies that support sustainable upskilling and employment across seven EU countries.
