Project description:
The development of female entrepreneurship in rural areas is an important driver of local, economic and social life. At a time of economic crisis and a general decline in the level of employment in APV, self-employment and employment of the traditionally less economically active population is a model that needs to be given a chance and its values promoted. Rural local communities in the municipality of Bačka Palanka have exceptional capacities for tourism development. The aim of the project is to develop the capacity of rural women to provide services in tourism in order to improve their current business and/or start their own business.
