Project objective:
Creating preconditions for poverty reduction and social inclusion of marginalized groups and hard-to-employ categories of the population in the territory of the municipality of Bač, through strengthening human capacities and implementation of active employment policy measures.
Activities covered:
Project management, specialized workshops and mentoring activities to encourage the employment of a difficult-to-employ category of the population, then the implementation of active employment and self-employment policy measures as well as promotional activities. The project is expected to result in the employment and self-employment of forty persons from the local level, who participated in specialized training, then the employment of twenty new employees with well-known employers, the organization of media and promotional activities as well as the development of promotional materials, and the adoption and implementation of measures from the Local Employment Action Plan at
