Project objective:
Creating preconditions for social integration of marginalized social groups in the municipality of Bač and neighbouring municipalities through active inclusion in the labour market, improvement of their socio-economic position and quality of life.
Activities:
Project management, specialized workshops, training and mentoring activities to improve the employability of hard-to-employ groups, implementation of active employment policy measures and income generation as a prerequisite for self-employment, as well as various promotional activities. The project is expected to result in the employment and self-employment of up to 30 persons in the municipality of Bač and the settlements of Tovariševo in the municipality of Bačka Palanka and Deronje in the municipality of Odžaci.
