Whether you are employed, unemployed, a student, an entrepreneur, or simply interested in improving your knowledge and skills, the TRANSFORM platform allows you to choose content tailored to your interests and needs.
What Does the TRANSFORM Platform Offer?
After completing a simple registration process, you can take a short self-assessment of your skills. Based on the results, the platform will help you identify areas for further development and direct you to suitable learning content.
Free interactive online training courses are available in the following areas:
- energy;
- agriculture and the food sector;
- tourism;
- digital skills;
- entrepreneurship.
The training courses are designed as flexible and practical modular content, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

About the TRANSFORM Project
The platform was developed as part of the international Erasmus+ project TRANSFORM – Twin Transition Support Framework for Reskilling and Upskilling in MSMEs Based on a Living Lab Approach.
The project aims to strengthen cooperation among stakeholders from the education, business, and public sectors, as well as to develop reskilling and upskilling programmes that respond to changes in the labour market.
Through the Living Lab approach, TRANSFORM enables the collaborative creation, testing, and implementation of innovative skills-development solutions, with a particular focus on the green and digital transitions.
