At the premises of Blue Room Innovation in Girona, Spain, a two-day partner meeting for the project “Framework for Supporting the Twin Transition for Reskilling and Upskilling in SMEs Based on the Living Lab Approach – TRANSFORM” was held on January 29 and 30. The project is implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The meeting gathered representatives of partner organizations with the aim of monitoring the progress of project activities, aligning upcoming steps, and strengthening mutual coordination across all segments of project implementation.

During the two-day TRANSFORM partner meeting, discussions focused on the progress in developing online modular courses within Work Package 2, including an analysis of completion levels, challenges, and next steps, as well as internal and external evaluation processes. The TRANSFORM Career Guidance Excellence program was also presented, along with agreements on further partner contributions.

Within Work Package 3, progress in the development of the Smart Skills Intelligence portal was presented, including the Mapping section and a demo version of the platform. Partners also participated in practical training on content management and the use of evaluation tools.

Discussions also covered communication and dissemination activities (WP5), progress of the project website and visual identity, and the planning of Info Days and outreach campaigns. On the second day, the focus was on Work Package 4, where modalities for piloting and validating courses, programs, and the portal were defined, along with key performance indicators and monitoring methodology.

The meeting concluded with a clear division of tasks and agreement on next steps, further strengthening partnership cooperation through informal activities.

The project aims to strengthen cooperation among key stakeholders in regional learning and innovation ecosystems in order to develop effective reskilling programs for the workforce in priority sectors, in line with the green and digital transition. Through the Living Lab approach, the project enables the co-creation, testing, and implementation of solutions that align education with labor market needs. The ultimate goal is the development of innovative tools, training programs, and policies that will support sustainable upskilling and employment across seven EU countries.
