As part of the joint initiative of the municipalities of Bečej, Odžaci, and Vrbas and the Regional Development Agency Bačka, with the support of the Provincial Secretariat for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation, and Local Self-Government, three Night Bazaars were successfully held in May and June 2025 – in Bečej, Odžaci, and Vrbas.

These events gathered a large number of small producers, artisans, and entrepreneurs who showcased their products – from handicrafts and unique items to culinary specialties and homemade goods. Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant evening atmosphere, live music, and socializing, which further contributed to the attractiveness of the bazaars as a way of promoting the local economy.

Vrbas, May 31 – The first night bazaar in this town delighted both visitors and exhibitors

The aim of this initiative is to strengthen the visibility and support of small and family businesses, as well as to connect stakeholders at the local level in the spirit of cooperation and development. Organizing such events represents a concrete step towards revitalizing public spaces and improving the local economy.
