The regular session of the Assembly of the Regional Development Agency Bačka was held on March 25, 2025, in the conference hall of the Pupin Hotel in Novi Sad.
The session was chaired by Mr. Petar Mijanović, who determined the number of present members and presented the proposed agenda.
The agenda items were as follows:

1. Adoption of the Minutes from the previous Assembly session, held on December 17, 2024
2. Adoption of the Report on Operations for 2024
3. Adoption of the Financial Report for 2024
4. Adoption of the Procurement Plan to which the law does not apply for 2025
5. Consideration of the possibility of purchasing office space for RRA Bačka and applying for a loan

The Director of RRA Bačka, Mr. Aleksandar Dunđerski, presented the Report on Operations, which includes all the achieved results for 2024, with a special focus on approved foreign projects and ongoing projects. He then briefly presented the Financial Report, which contains the financial indicators for 2024, as well as the items in the Procurement Plan to which the law does not apply for 2025.
There was also a discussion about the possibility of purchasing office space for the Agency, on which a decision will be made later.
The session of the Assembly concluded after voting on the agenda items.
