The Regional Development Agency Bačka is implementing a project funded by the European Union, aimed at improving employment opportunities in rural areas of Europe. As part of this research project, we want to better understand the work situation and needs of people, as well as the ways in which we can contribute to enhancing their skills.

This questionnaire is designed to identify your professional needs and preferences. Your answers will be of great importance for the creation of training programs that will improve your opportunities in the labor market.

The questionnaire was developed within the TRANSFORM project – A framework to support the twin transition through reskilling and upskilling in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, based on the Living Lab approach.
