Education Program Held for Students in Kula on Energy Efficiency

Date of creation 12.05.2025.

As part of the project “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy Sources in the Bačka Region,” implemented by the Bačka Regional Development Agency with the support and cooperation of GIZ (German Organization for International Cooperation), a peer education program on energy transition was held on May 8, 2025, at the “Mihajlo Pupin” Technical School in Kula.

The goal of the program was to transfer knowledge about the importance, types, and methods of using renewable energy sources, as well as to familiarize participants with a good practice example in the surrounding area, showcasing energy efficiency measures. The education program was carried out by the Society for Renewable Energy Sources of the “Mihajlo Pupin” Technical School in Kula.

The participants in the program were students from the final grades of primary schools in the Kula municipality: Primary School “Vuk Karadžić” (Crvenka), Primary School “20th October” (Sivac), Primary School “Petefi Brigada” (Kula), and Primary School “Petro Kuzmjak” (Ruski Krstur), as well as higher-grade students from the “Mihajlo Pupin” Technical School in Kula.
