Training for beginners in business – 23-24.5.2025, starting at 10:00
Topics: Motivation and characteristics of entrepreneurs; Business idea analysis and evaluation; Legal basis of business; Registration of business entities; Taxes and contributions; Business plan – practical part.
The training is intended for all unemployed persons, as well as individuals who want to get more information about starting their own business.
Financial management – 23.5.2025, starting at 10:00
Topics: Finances for start-ups and existing companies, Cash management, Cost calculation and Pricing
The training is intended for all MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs) and potential entrepreneurs.
Innovations – 24.5.2025, starting at 10:00
During the training, participants will get acquainted with the concept and types of innovations, examples of good practice in Serbia and around the world, the importance and benefits of introducing innovations in business, as well as external sources of innovation financing for SMEs in Serbia.
