Project Objective:
The project aims to strengthen cooperation among key actors in regional learning and innovation ecosystems to develop effective reskilling programs for the workforce in priority sectors, aligned with the green and digital transition.
Through the Living Lab approach, the project enables co-creation, testing, and implementation of solutions that align education with labor market needs. The ultimate goal is to develop innovative tools, trainings, and policies to support sustainable upskilling and employment in seven EU countries.
